1. Consultation Services (Energy Reading, Vastu, etc.)
All consultation services are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Once a session is scheduled, no refunds will be issued.
- If you are unable to attend, you may request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance.
- Missed sessions without prior notice will not be rescheduled or refunded.
2. Digital Products / Reports
All digital products, including but not limited to:
- Mentorship
- Personalized readings
- Online courses or guides
are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once the product is delivered via email, download, or WhatsApp, refunds cannot be processed.
3. Physical Products (Rudraksh, Healing Items, Kavach etc.)
We accept returns or replacements under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof (images/videos) must be shared
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Return shipping cost will be borne by the customer (unless damaged item)
Refund Timeline:
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
4. Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this period, cancellation requests will not be accepted
