Welcome to Kamrupni. By accessing our website, booking a consultation, or making a payment through Razorpay, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Nature of Services
- Kamrupni offers spiritual and energetic consultations, including Astrology, Vastu, Handwriting & Signature Analysis, Switchword Guidance, and Psychic Reading.
- Our services are spiritual in nature and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
2. Booking & Payments
- All bookings must be prepaid and confirmed through our website using Razorpay’s secure payment gateway.
- Consultation hours:
Monday–Saturday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM IST
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed - Bookings should be made at least 7 days in advance to allow preparation.
- After successful payment, session confirmation will be sent within 48–72 hours.
- Session type (Audio, Video, or In-Person) determines the applicable fee.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- No cancellations are allowed once payment is made.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- A one-time reschedule is allowed with a minimum of 24 hours’ prior notice, subject to practitioner availability.
- Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes will result in reduced session time, without extension or refund.
4. Client Responsibility
- Clients must provide accurate personal details (full name, date of birth, contact information).
- Kamrupni is not responsible for errors, delays, or misalignment caused by incorrect/incomplete data provided by clients.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
- All client information, including session details and personal data, is kept strictly confidential.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Kamrupni does not store your credit/debit card or banking details.

6. Intellectual Property
- All materials, tools, charts, sound codes, techniques, and course content provided by Kamrupni are the intellectual property of Tarini ManiMaa.
- Reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is prohibited without written consent.
7. Spiritual Disclaimer
- Kamrupni does not guarantee specific material outcomes such as marriage, job, wealth, childbirth, or fame.
- Transformation depends on your faith, karma, receptivity, and personal effort.
- Sessions are meant to support alignment and clarity, not dependency.
8. Amendments to Terms
- Kamrupni reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
- Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
